This Privacy Policy explains how AegeanPulse ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us. We keep this policy short and honest, and we only collect what we need to help you.

Data we collect

We collect limited information, only when you provide it:

Contact details you submit through our contact form (name, email, company, and your message).
Booking information you provide when scheduling a consultation through our booking provider (Cal.com).
Messages you send to our website chat assistant, which are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies and to help arrange bookings you request.
Your email address, if you opt in to our newsletter (see below).
A small cookie that stores your approximate country (derived from your IP region) so we can show prices in your local currency. It does not identify you.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address with your explicit consent and store it with our email marketing provider, Hostinger Reach, which processes it on our behalf. We use it only to send the updates you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time using the contact details below — we'll delete your address from the list promptly.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide to:

Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you ask about.
Schedule and manage consultations you book with us.
Display relevant pricing in your local currency.
Improve our website and the way we communicate.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate our site (our hosting provider, Cal.com for bookings, Anthropic for the chat assistant, and Hostinger Reach for the newsletter), and only as far as necessary to provide those services.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
